The President (Silvina Ibargüen) and the Vicepresident (María Judith Calafell) of "GIVE ME YOUR HEART BACKSTREET BOYS" FAN CLUB LA PLATA - ARGENTINA had the chance to be there. It was really exciting for us because we never had the chance to be near BSB.

Howie introduced his sister Pollyanna. The President of the Lupus Foundation in Argentina was also there.
Before the journalists started to ask their questions Howie D said:
" First of all I want to thank "Muchas Gracias"everybody to be here today. Argentina is a very special place because two years ago my sister passed away and I came here after her funeral to make a concert in Boca Stadium. And it meant so much to me the support I received from all the argentinian fans. Since then all of my family started this foundation: my parents and sisters and brother to raise money to find a cure for this illness.
As I didn't have enough time to make a whole tour I chosed two cities to do this show: Puerto Rico and Buenos Aires. I hope you guys enjoy it tonight. I really apreciate all your support."
How did this affect to you and your family?
Howie: I believe that music is the healer for everything. Being with BSB and travelling around the world made me realize how music can touch so many people from different places and cultures. There were people who told us that they were in the hospital and our music help them to get well.
When I was onstage two years ago I knew when I was up on the stage that's what I was meant for me to do. We knew that Caroline had Lupus for 13 years but I never thought I could lose my sister because of this disease.
Pollyanna:(She answered in Spanish) Excuse my Spanish but I learned it two weeks ago. I wrote a song for my sister called "Fly to heaven". All the money that we raise with this song it'll be for the foundation, to help people who have that illness.
What other activities are involved in the foundation?
Howie: We are doing only 2 shows, as I said, in Puerto Rico and Buenos Aires. Then It's the promotion of the new BSB's album. But during our time off, I try to do activities to raise money for the foundation. We'll do a cruise trip and other concerts, too.
Pollyanna: (She answered in Spanish) Howie has a production company and the song "Fly To Heaven" was recorded there. About the Lupus Foundation we are doing a lot of activities such as concerts, auctions, cruise trips. I want to explain that the money that go to the foundation is to: educate people about this illness, find a cure for it and help people who don't have money to buy medicines.
Tell us about the show you'll be doing tonight
Howie:About the show of tonight Pollyanna and I will be performing together. She'll sing a couple of songs that she wrote and I produced. And I'll be doing some cover tunes of artists such as Ricky Martin, Santana, Enrique Iglesias, Jon Secada, Mark Anthony and a Backstreet medley. Polly and I will be doing a duet of the song "Fly to Heaven".
What do you think about your Argentinian fans that support you so much?
Howie: They're very dedicated fans. I didn't know how will they react because this is not BSB, is just me going solo. But when I looked at the room's window and see all the fans supporting me, it makes me really happy.
At the end of the press conference they sang "Fly to heaven".
